Prepare your ingredients
Put a pan of salted water to boil with a drop of sunflower oil
Fry the onions and garlic in a deep pan
Chop the sun dried tomatoes and add to the pan with onions and garlic
Add the chopped tomatoes, stir and simmer for 15 mins
Meanwhile watch the pot of water as it starts to boil
Add the pasta and stir
In the deep pan, add the ricotta bit by bit and amalgamate well
As soon as all is amalgated well take the pan of sauce off the heat
Drain the pasta so it is not too soft
Amalgated the pasta and sauce and enjoy !!
