Boil tomatoes

After boiling take the peel of tomatoes...

Then take peeled off tomatoes in a mixi jar and make a purée..

Now the tomato purée is ready... Keep it aside..

4 cups of chopped vegetables... Nine varieties of vegetables (mentioned in supplies)

Boil the vegetables...

Take a small pan add ghee and heat it...

Deep fry dry fruits in ghee for 1 min in medium flame... Tip: take cow ghee for nice aroma...

Keep the fried dry fruits aside...

Take a pan and heat the oil...

Chopped onions... 2 cups

Deep Fry onions and chopped ginger garlic paste in a pan till onions become golden brown in colour...

Then add cumin powder, red chilli powder and garam masala then stir it... Cook for 2-3 min. In medium flame.

Then add tomato purée to it and cook for 2-3 min medium flame till it becomes thick paste..

Add fried dry fruits to it and cook...

Now take a cup of milk..

Add milk to the thick paste so that it won't stick to the pan...

Take 150 gms of Soya Paneer...Tip: Soya paneer contains high in protein.

Cut paneer into cubes...

Then add Paneer to the paste and cook for 2-3 min in medium flame...

Then add boiled vegetables to the paste and cook for 5-7 min in medium flame...

And that's it Hot hot Navratan Korma (Mix Vegetable curry in English) is ready!!! Serve hot for good taste!!! Very rich in protein!!!
