How to make gluten free banana bread muffins

Preheat oven to 350F

Add dry ingredients into a mixer

Stir to combine together. Then make a well in the center

Melt coconut oil

Add applesauce and 1/2 tsp baking soda together and stir

Add the coconut oil, water, applesauce mix into the flour

Mash up 2 bananas

Microwave for 20 seconds

Add to bowl

Mix on low for 2 min until combined.

Line a muffin tin or spray with cooking spray

Fill muffin tin

Bake for 25 min
